No £75 Gift Card / Voucher Received

I signed up with Plusnet on the 18th Dec 2024.

I received confirmation emails on the same day and also received an email stating I would receive another email with a link to follow to claim the £75 gift card/voucher within 28 days.

I have been checking all emails regularly including Junk emails and not received anything.

This email should have been sent by now.

When is it going to arrive?

It’s common practice given other posts on here - I would read them. Open a call and see if a member of staff on here can pick up your case.

Hi @jamessansome!

 

Hope all is well, I have looked into this for and can see that it was agreed but I cannot find your details in the reward card system.

I have submitted a request to our billing operations team to look into this and re-issue the reward card, please keep an eye on your emails over the next 5 working days.

 

Once I get a further response I will update you, sorry for the trouble.

Hi, I have the same issue - I received the 'You'll receive an email within 28 days...' email with th reference Question 245534223 and nothing has come through.

Please could someone kind at Plusnet look into this for me?

Should be same sort of time frame.

About 5 working days, then I can confirm if it has been eligible to be sent back out to you.

 

 

 

@jamessansome , I have had confirmation that the details have been resubmitted to the card provider.

They advised that the missing claim email will be with you before the 20th if you haven't already got it.
