The ONT is powered on now and the router is hooked up, the correct lights are on on the ONT, Static orange ring on the router. Previous tenant moved out maybe Jan/Feb this year.

Leave it powered up and ask them to carry out the activation.

Thanks, just got off the phone. they’re going to cancel the order and retry the remote activation. hopefully that’s it.
