Hi, new mobile contract started over 10 days ago and still no email to claim £20 reward card which was part of deal direct with Plusnet . As part of your January sale l received message as existing Broadband customer offering SIM only mobile deal with £20 cash back.
I have completed contract and set up over 10 days ago but still no Reward Card email. Can you please assist ?

Thanks a lot for getting in touch, your Reward Card will usually be sent out within 45 days of the account becoming active. If you'd like me to pop into the account, just to make sure that it's associated with a Reward Card promotion, please send across the following information via PM
- Your full mobile number
- Your full name, first line of your address and postcode
- Are you the account holder?
- Last two digits from both your sort code and account number on the Direct Debit
- Date of birth
