No gift card received

Morning!

My broadband went live 2 min to s ago and I still haven’t received my £75 gift card. Please can you help?

You should receive an email within 10 days to claim the card.

It can take up to 30 days for you to receive your email for the reward, it has recently changed. 

 

If it passes the 30 days, please get straight back to us and we will escalate this for you.
