No reward card email

On 2022-09-04 I followed a link from www.moneysavingexpert.com to plusnet, taking out broadband with a £65 reward card. I use firefox on linux and found buttons were missing on the plus.net web site, so I had to run `sudo update-crypto-policies --set LEGACY` as per https://community.plus.net/t5/Everything-else/missing-buttons-on-plusnet-site-on-Firefox/m-p/1801129... .
The broadband service went live on 2022-09-19, although my old phone number hasn't transferred yet.
I hadn't had an email about claiming the reward card, so on 2022-10-21 I filled out the form at https://www.plusnetrewards.com/Contact , but haven't had a reply. I do check junk.
I called Plusnet for an hour on 2022-10-27 which now shows as Question 228700028, but it seems read-only.
Can I please claim my reward card?

I'm really sorry you have not received your reward and for the lack of communication around this . This is not the level of service we aim to provide and I can fully imagine the frustrations it is causing.  

 

We’re quite chocka right now, so it’s taking a little longer than I’d usually like to get back to customers and I'm sorry about that.

 

I have looked into this and responded on the ticket here, please get back to me here once you have reviewed and updated the ticket.
