FTTC and voice up and running, with old landline number successfully ported in from Sky's VoIP so thanks for your help in taking ownership of my order.
Sky service went down at 8am yesterday. I had to wait 6 hours for the voice service to come online at 2pm and 10 hours for the internet to come online at 6pm. I don't recall having so much downtime in the 6 or 7 previous FTTC - FTTC migrations I've done. Although this is the first time my losing supplier was LLU/VoIP - I guess the switch back involves some faffing around in the cabinet/exchange.

Awesome, I'm glad to see that your transfer went well even though it took a little longer than usual.
When I checked the order yesterday afternoon, it looks like the number port was holding things up.
