Nothing heard about order or activation date

Hi there,

Just popping out a query to see whether anyone can help.

I had placed my order (new customer) for my chosen broadband package 10th September, but have heard nothing since about shipping/activation date. Have been informed that I don't need an engineer for my broadband setup, so would have assumed it would be much quicker to get up and running. But obviously, have heard nothing from Plusnet.

Will probably phone them up in the next few days if I don't hear anything.

Try logging into your PN Members page and see if there's anything under My Order.

Hi,

I have done so every day for 2 weeks, but yet to see any change, still saying that they'll confirm activation date "shortly", same for dispatch of router.

I would call them Monday. Are you transferring from another ISP, or is this a totally new connection?
