Nothing since moving home

I informed Plusnet on 27th November of a home move on 5th December. Since then (almost three weeks) no internet whatsoever with the very occasional email informing of further delays with no real reason provided. I've tried ringing numerous times and been kept on hold for up to 45 mins each time, including now while I'm writing this post. I've eventually had to give up to only go through it the following day.

No response either to tweets or emails.

And I've been billed in that time as well.
No idea what to do.

Have you logged into your account and checked for any open/closed tickets?

Thanks for your quick response jab1 but by total coincidence, in the time since sending this message I've had a reply from a tweet I sent that makes some sense from James at Plusnet.

Openreach are apparently blaming a 'technical glitch', but forgive me if I'm getting very sceptical about where this is going which I suspect is no internet over Xmas and New Year. It's been escalated with a request for a further update from Openreach for 14:00 today and review on 21st December.

I'm not confident about this.

Openreach seem to be swamped with 'technical glitches' at the moment - almost as though they have been taken over by the GPO Telephones of old.

Still waiting for the update expected to come at 14:00 this afternoon. Also, no response to the reply tweet I sent at 10:25am.
As said in an earlier post, I had a bill come out on 3rd December for internet I've not been able to use since 5th December.

Still no breakthrough on this. Not sure what avenue I have to try and get this resolved. Still waiting for an update that was due on Friday after escalation of case to Openreach. Or a full review of case by Plusnet on Wednesday 21st - nearly a month after informing of my house move. I'm confident in saying on the 21st that the case will simply be put back another 3 days and on and on until New Year.
