ORDI request

I need help getting broadband at my flat. My neighbors have no issues with their connections, but I can’t place an order because Openreach says my address isn’t fully registered in their system. They told me that my provider needs to submit an ORDI request to update their records.

 

I’ve checked my address on the BT Broadband Checker (link), and it confirms that broadband should be available. However, I still can’t order a service.

 

Can Plusnet submit an ORDI request for me to resolve this? I’d really appreciate any help.
