Oder not dispatched after 5 days

Hi had no order dispatch email or delivery for a an order placed Saturday?

Ordered Saturday by phone (presumably) - the order would not get to the warehouse until Monday should have been despatched Monday/yesterday. Have you had no notification?

Nope no notification of dispatch, just an email for the order

@Hiyea Hi, we're aware of issues with the routers processed on 28th through to the 1st and is affecting your router dispatch too. I'm asked to advise you that they are working on the issue and sorting out the issue shortly.

I'm really sorry but I can't say exactly when because they're still looking into the issue. I do not suppose you have an old provider router you could use temporeally, who were you with?
