Hi all
My Full Fibre was booked in today 1pm to 6pm with Openreach, but no one turned up. Currently on the phone to plusnet to see why and presumably get a new date, so far been queuing for over 40 minutes, I fear my phone battery will run out before it gets answered!
I wouldn't mind but I'd at least expect to be contacted, and these waiting times are ridiculous, at least tell you were in the queue or are, or likely waiting time, or have an email ticketing system! Phone or twitter that both take forever to get any sort of response if ever, is not a good look!
