Unfortunately we don't have that information from Openreach, it might be worth checking with your neighbours directly if Openreach have been in contact. Our next review date is the 8th to check in with them to see where we're at.

It might be splitting hairs but my reading is that OR require your neighbours to give OR permission, not for you to tell OR that you have your neighbours’ permission. OR might not believe you.

@marcsnu15 I would say give it a try, there's a good chance it will work. If not get onto Plusnet, they may need to activate the account at their end.

But my issue is that I've just received an amount of compensation I should be owed due to delays however I have worked out that I should be owed a lot more than what I've been quoted, how do I make sure I get the correct amount owed?

We have to give it a full 30 days from when the order was completed before we can chase this up further as it can take that long for all of it to be added
