Order Cancelled

I wan to switch my mobile service from other provider to plus net but I don't know why my order got cancelled, I tried to signed up again but got rejected again 3 times in total.

Order no.: 3304175, 3304378, 3304407 all got rejected.

 

I got the below message:

 

Thanks for choosing Plusnet Mobile.

Unfortunately, we’ve not been able to proceed with your order based on the details you provided during sign-up.

We’ve requested for your upfront payment to be refunded, but please note this can take up to 5 working days to show in your account.

I really sorry to hear this and I can imagine the frustrations this is causing. We’re quite chocka right now, so it’s taking a little longer than I’d usually like to get back to customers and I'm sorry about that.

Yeah you have to create a few threads first and then it will let you do it. Create 2 more and try again Smiley

Just seen another thread on this, it looks like 5 is the magic number so reply to me and it should work 😉
