Order Tracker

Hi Guys,

I have just ordered through yourselves, and closed the link for the order tracker to see the progress of my order.

Looking through my account I can't see any actual link to this, basically I have set up the direct debit/banking, but you're the only internet company I've known to not give a provisional moving date to, or booking an engineer/visit/router delivery etc.

Any help would be appreciated.

Now all I need is for someone to tell me some estimates, how long it takes to "Check the line" and when I can expect the connection to be active so I know when to cancel my existing internet/book the time off work in case an engineer needs to visit.

Any help?

Thanks for getting in touch @Anonymous and apologies for the delayed response.

I can see that we reactivated the stopped phone line at your property yesterday and placed the fibre order yesterday as well which is due to complete on the 20th.

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
