Order Tracker ?

I started the process of upgrading my FFTC connection to FTTP last week and received an e-mail titled "Your broadband activation date".  At the bottom of this e-mail it has a link entitled "Go to the Order Tracker" to track my order - but when I do so it says "You don't have an order in progress" - is this normal?

Same with me - I assume the tracker's 'out of order'
