Order activation

Hi
I’m meant to be getting fibre activated today but haven’t heard anything. Please could you let me know what’s going on with my order? My adsl Internet has been painfully slow

@NurulR15 Welcome to the forums. What information have you had? Is today a confirmed date or a 'we hope to complete your order by 04/11/22' kind of thing?

I'm sorry for how long it's taken to get back to you and for the lack of updates you've had.

From what I can see the order was completed this afternoon.

Is your connection running faster now?

 

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
