Order delayed - heard nothing

Hi, I ordered and paid for broadband on the 30/09/22 to then receive a text on the 07/10/22 stating my order has been delayed. I cannot get through to anyone on the phone. Can you advise what is going on? 17 days later I've still no Internet service?

Hi there,

I'm really sorry for how long it's taking us to get you online.

From what I can see our systems haven't placed the order in the right way with our suppliers so I've cancelled that off.

Once that's cancelled, I'll make sure we replace this for you to activate your broadband as soon as possible. 

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
