Hi
I have received a generic order delayed text this afternoon with no details other than a link to the help section. The order in my account is still showing as processing as it was since I placed it. Any idea how I find out what the delay is and how long it is likely to be?

Given that the staff are, on average, answering posts after 3 days, I would suggest if you want to know any sooner then call their free phone number.

Hi there @paulmclennan64 I'm really sorry about the delays to your order, I've just been in contact with Openreach who let me know that this has happened due to a system issue, they've reported that to the right team to get it fixed which should take around 48 hours so I'll keep an eye on this for you and get back to you with updates.
