Order delayed without any information

I just received a message saying that my order has been delayed and asked to call for more details or visit help.plusnet. I tried to call them but I was put on hold for a long time and no one answer. I am so frustrated and don't understand why they don't send the details together with the message or email. I'm moving to a new apartment next week, but I'm not sure if the previous tenant still have their broadband contract. Would that be the reason why it has been delayed?
Fixed! Go to the fix.

@sirawit726 Welcome to the forum.
You will have to wait and see if a Plusnet staffer comes along to hear wahat is happening in this case.
What can happen is that you arrange to take over a working line from the current account holder and they then decide to cancel their contract rather than let the process just work itself out. This throws a spanner in the works and introduces a delay.
