Order has been delayed

I have now received two messages saying my order has been delayed and my internet should have been connected two days ago going by the 7 day connection. Can anybody advise why there are delays as can’t get through on the phone. An email explaining would have been better.

Thanks for putting my issue in the right section although I still haven’t received any information and the phone lines are terrible. I still haven’t even received my router never mind internet itself and I desperately need this sorting to prepare for university in September

Hi there,

I'm really sorry for the delay with your order.

I can see you've since spoken with one of my colleagues who has placed your broadband order and that's due to go live on Friday before midnight. We had to wait until your phone line was active first. 

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
