Order still processing, no updates yet?

New customer here. Signed up several days ago and my contract with my previous provider ends in a few days. No updates yet as to when the modem is sent  or when the connection will go live. All I see is "order processing" in my account.

Are you going for the same service that you have with your existing provider?
If so it should be a straightforward switch over without any interruption to your service.

Hi there,

I'm really sorry for the delay with your order.

I can see we've submitted it to our suppliers today so we should be able to provide an update within 24 to 48 hours.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
