Order stuck on 'Checking your details'

Hi there

 

I made an order the other day which is supposed to go live on Thursday (8th June). However when I check the Broadband Order Tracker, it seems to be stuck on 'Checking your details' with 'We've run into a problem. Please contact us so we can help.'

 

But it doesn't say what the problem is, nor have I had any email or message to suggest there is one. How do I resolve it so that the order can progress?
