Oreder delayed since 12/10/22

Hi all my order has been delayed for sometime just to be told that I still have to wait till the 9/11/22 for an update on my order this all start with my phone number being in reserve to kci 2 issue I work from home through the Internet and have been suspended due to amount of time it has taken and looking at most likely loosing my job over this and before Christmas with 2 kids I live In a village with not very good mobile service to make calls or anything and have been left with nothing at all and everyone I speak to say it a issue with openreach is there anything else I can do to speed up the process before my situation get worse thank you

I'm really sorry to hear about the situation that you're in and for how long this is taking.

Our Customer Assist Team have escalated this with our suppliers and we'll update you as soon as we know more

 

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
