Hi.

I order boardband today. But It takes 2 payments in my bank account. How can I get back? Because I only order 1 boardband.

I'm sorry to hear this has happened.

Did you have any issues whilst you were signing up? If you did one of the transactions may be stuck in a pending state which means your bank has released the money but not passed it onto us.

When this happens your bank should automatically return the money to you within a few days

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
