Plusnet Router has not arrived!

Hi,
I have upgraded to a FTTP Package with Plusnet and purchased a new router with the package. I was told that it was meant to arrive before the engineer, yet today is the day of the engineer install and yet I have had no new router. Is this going to delay/change the date of the installation of my FTTP Fibre? Or will the engineer have spare routers in their van?
Any help will be appreciated.

@DE2 - I've taken a quick look and I'm struggling to see why your hub wasn't dispatched. I've referred it to the relevant team to carry some further investigation and in the mean time have submitted the order. Sorry to say, it's going to take a couple of days to arrive (likely Thursday).
In the interim, a Hub One will work. It's worth bearing in mind however that the upload speed will likely cap at ~30mbps when using it.

Thanks bob, I did try and call PN, but they said they had tried to sort it but its bugged!
