Poor service from plusnet

Spoke to plusnet on 08 08 2023 about moving home on the 11 08 2023
They were very quick to sign me up to a longer contract
They say 10 days you will be back up and running with internet
Myself and wife need internet to work from home.

Now it’s the 20th sept and still no internet. Today was the second time no engineer has turned up and I don’t even get a text to say why.

My case has had that many issues I’m under a special customer relations team so you would have thought they would be checking up on my case to see any issues. All I get from plusnet is within 48 hours someone will phone you

This matter has made my wife quite ill. And very worried about her work.

Is there anyone out there who can give me advice on what to do

I'm so sorry for the missed appointments, this has been caused by an issue with engineer availability in your area.

 

We can arrange a new appointment for you, our suppliers are offering dates starting from 28/9/23 currently so please let us know when you can be available and I'll get another one booked and make sure we keep a close eye on the progress for you. Apologies again for the upset I know this has caused for you and your wife in the meantime.
