Price query

I have just upgraded to unlimited Fibre for 21.50 per month. However, on my notification email it tells me it will cost me £41.75 per month. Do I need to be worried about this?

@punkpreacher I suspect, but can't confirm without see the emails, that the £41.75 does not include any negotiated discounts. Unfortunately, this is a 'quirk' of the PN accounting system, but you should only be charged the £21.50

Yes, I think it might be that. But you would have thought this would be made clear on the email.

You would expect that, yes, but unfortunately the PN 'system' is not that user friendly.
