Problems moving from FTTP trial to new service

Hello,

I joined the FTTP trial years ago and am trying to move to the "official" service now that Plusnet offer it - and upping the speed while I'm at at.

I tried to upgrade online, but this didn't work so phoned in and the person I spoke to said they'd change how the order was requested and resubmit so it would go through, but over 2 weeks have passed and it seems from the ticket (229439866) that the order's been resubmitted several times now but it's still not going through.

As the trial was done from the forums, I'm hoping that somebody here might know what needs doing and give it a nudge in the right direction?

I'm really sorry for how long it's taken to get back to you. We've been quite busy recently so it's taking longer than we'd like to reply.

The good news is this is something I can get sorted for you. I've manually forced the change through for you now and you should see an increase in speed from Tuesday.

Let me know if you don't see a increase

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
