Hoping you are able to help, when I signed up for this it was on the premise I’d get a £75 reward card. The card eventually came but there is only £50 on there? Are you able help please

I'm really sorry to see this. Would you be able to try calling the reward card team on 0344 879 1069 about that? They should be the best people to help but let me know how it goes and if you have any issues.
