Product upgrade hasn't happened (From 300 to 500)

Hello all, 

I was supposed to be upgraded from Full Fibre 300 to Full Fibre 500 today but it hasn't happened yet.
Yes, I know I'm impatient!

I'm stuck on:

An error has occurred

You can't change your products for the moment, you already have a product change in progress.
 
Is this usual or have I got lost in the system somewhere?

@sw4mpl0rd It might happen later today, the message would suggest the change is still pending. If it hasn't completed by tomorrow try calling support.

Looks like the upgrade was completed on our end the day after your post.

Is all working okay now?

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
