Re: Reward Card

Good afternoon.
I have the same problem unfortunately - no Reward Card e-mail.
I have contacted Customer Services twice today - was asked to call back the first time, the second I was being transferred to another advisor, but the phone cut off.
Please can someone assist!
Thanks

Re: Reward Card

Hey @funclejonny, thanks a lot for getting in touch and I'm really sorry about this.

Looking at the account, it looks like the promotion that the account has been created with - 2122fib8045a0ttl isn't associated with a Reward Card, and is instead associated with a £0.00 activation fee.

How is it you signed up? Was it through any sort of comparison site?

Re: Reward Card

Hi Adam
It was via Quidco’s own broadband comparison site, which was free activation, a Reward Card, plus cash back from them. Their cash back has tracked successfully in my Quidco account.

Re: Reward Card

I’m trying to add a screenshot of Quidco’s current offer, but can’t seem to.

Re: Reward Card

Ah, makes sense now, so if you have a look at our FAQ's @funclejonny, only one promotion will be applied. You've already had the cashback offered, meaning you'll be unlikely to receive a Reward Card email.

It's 'under the "Who's eligible for Plusnet rewards" section. Smiley

Re: Reward Card

Appreciate the reply, but the cash back is provided by Quidco, not yourselves. If you have a look at the link, both are taken into account in the overall cost.

“Average monthly cost during contract (includes all upfront costs as well as £119.00 cashback/bill credit/voucher)” where the £119 is made up of the Reward Card and Quidco’s cash back.

Re: Reward Card

I do understand @Emma1, and can empathise with you on this, though it's an additional promotion, an won't be applied to the account in this instance. Sad

Re: Reward Card

Morning @adam945

I have spoken to Quidco Support this morning, and they have confirmed that the offer I clicked through on is for both cash back and Reward Card and includes £0.00 set up costs. Cash back is provided by them (which has tracked successfully) and the Reward Card is provided by yourselves. I am more than happy to provide the transcript of this.
Thanks!

Re: Reward Card

Thanks a lot for getting back to me on this @funclejonny

I've just raised this matter with our Cashback Escalations Team to see exactly what has gone on here, and to see whether QuidCo should and can offer multiple promotions at the start of the sign up journey. Your account is now in my personal workflow and I'll be back in touch as soon as I hear back from them. Smiley

Re: Reward Card

Hi @Gandalf

I've just spoken to Rahul at Blackhawk the reward card issuers.  He was very helpful and checked my record and can't find any card request from Plusnet (this is the same as I was told when I originally spoke to Blackhawk on 24th March), so I'm not sure where the information your billing department have on the issue of a card to me on 22nd February and activation on 3rd March could be coming from?

Thanks,

Emma

Re: Reward Card

Hi Emma,

Incidentally I've had a further response from a colleague in our billing team just this moment showing a screenshot of the records they're looking at, which aren't your account at all, so I think they've got a little mixed up.

I've e-mailed them back and I'll message you when I know more.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
