Reward Gift Card Email Not Received

Hi, my broadband was activated 19 Nov 21 but have not yet received the email link to claim reward gift card. I would appreciate if you could investigate for me please. Tks.

From what I can see your account was signed up on a cashback offer from a cashback site like Quidco or TopCashback.

I'm afraid that as this is the case we wouldn't provide a reward card as well, in line with our cashback terms / FAQs Here.

If you're unaware of this, do you have an account with Quidco or TopCashback you can check?
