Does anyone know how long it takes to receive the email about the reward card that was offered when i signed up?

I'm sorry you haven't yet received further communication on your reward. After 10 days of your account being live you will receive an email to claim the reward (keep an eye out in your junk mail). Once you claim the reward, you can then expect to receive this within a further 30 days.

If you still haven't received anything about your reward after being live for 10 days, just get back to me so I can chase this for you.

Don't hold your breath. They promised me one so I switched. And nothing....now they are telling me I won't get one at all. Incredible.
