Can anyone provide clarity regarding the issuing of the reward cards for signing up? I've read information stating the email to claim should be sent 10 days after the service being activated but have also seen information suggesting 14 days and 31 days.
My broadband has been activated for 2 weeks now so just wondering when to I should likely expect it or if I need to chase this up.

Just out of interest my email regarding the reward card arrived two days before Openreach came to Install fibre !
As the engineer drove away I applied for the card and it arrived less than a week later. In my case it was an upgrade from FTTC to FTTP and I have been with Plusnet for 20 years plus.
Don't know if that makes adifference.
p.s. It's a Mastercard valid until the end of 12/2024
