Router Delivery

Hi, 

 

My account went live on 31st and I still haven't received my router. 

 

Could you please supply and update and back date the bill to remove the days I have not and will not have service.

 

Also, what is the best number to contact you on because I have tried to call 08000 432 0200 many times and have never been connected.

I assume that there is a typo and you mean 0800 432 0200? This is the main Customer Services phone number. Unfortunately they are very busy.

Hubs are sent out by first class post, which is currently getting disrupted by postal workers strikes.

Hopefully a Plusnet staffer will pick this up for you. You may be due compensation for not having the service up and running by the committed date.

Hi Baldrick,

 

I do indeed mean that number. 

 

I finally managed to get hold of someone. My fourth 50 minute call.

 

It turns out there was an error and it didn't properly go through apparently. 

 

Now have to wait another 5-7 days Sad

Hi there,

I'm really sorry for the problem with your order but I'm glad that we got things back on track.

I can see your broadband's due to go live on the 15th September anytime before midnight so not much longer to go.

Let us know if you have further issues or there's anything else you'd need help with. 

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
