Hi,
I renewed my contract a month ago and was promised a Hub 2 Router.
The contract has been completed but not router has been delivered.

Hi Steve, I can't see any reference to the router in your account history. Neither can I spot the tell-tale £6.99 P&P charge I'd expect to see.
I can arrange to get a unit in the post if you're happy for the P&P to be applied to the next bill?

Bob,
OK - that was never mentioned during the renewal where the new router was verbally part of the deal but I suppose £6.99 won't break the bank.
Please go ahead and ship a Hub 2.
