Router delivery question

Good Morning Plusnet,

Please could you let me know when the router is sent out? I have line installation next week and just wondered if the router is sent before or after this?

Hello @DavidW3

Thanks for getting in touch, your router will be sent out a few days before you're due to go live, and will take around 3-5 working days to arrive once the process is initiated.
