Router has arrived

My router has arrived but still no activation date? I'm live on my phone line. How long does it usually take? Also when do I receive my reward I had when I joined. It was £60 reward apparently? Thanks

I am sorry you haven't had any updates on your order yet. I have checked this and it looks like your broadband is due to complete tomorrow, any time up to midnight.

With regards to the reward card, an email will usually be sent within 10 working days from the date your services go live (keep an eye out in your junk mailbox too). The email will contain a link to a form to fill out with your details to claim the reward and you have 2 months to claim this, before the link expires.

If you still haven't had an email after the 10 working days, just get back to us on here so we can check further for you and please let us know if you have any further queries.
