Router has not arrived due to switch over monday

My router has not arrived and my broadband is due to switch over on monday 5th September. I cannot get through to anyone on the phone. Not a good start for a new customer.

Enter your plusnet username in the format as follows: username@plusdsl.net and the password.

The router was dispatched last Wednesday and sent via Royal Mail First Class so should definitely have arrived by now
If it doesn't arrive in tomorrow's post then feel free to send me a Private message containing your delivery address and I'll arrange for a replacement to be shipped.

You do know that Royal Mail workers are running a series of strikes which are impacting deliveries? Also if you can lay hands on a BT HH6 it will give excellent performance on Plusnet.

Yes i do know that. Would of thought plusnet would have taken that in to account and dispatched sooner considering i signed up weeks ago.

@maddym we did dispatch a whole bunch of routers early for accounts that were being activated on days that could have been missed.
This didn't include yours though which was dispatched on the last of the recent strike days. It was assumed that 3 days (exluding today and date of dispatch) was enough time for it to arrive, even in the aftermath of the strikes.

@maddym - as offered, if you can private message me your delivery address then I'll arrange for a second unit to be dispatched. It's odd that it should go walkabouts so I just want to be sure we have the correct delivery address on file.
