Router not delivered

Hi, I renewed my package in January and was assured by your advisor in the chat function that a new router would be provided. It also shows as dispatched on the order tracker, but it has not arrived. I'm currently using a much older BT router as the previous Plusnet one stopped working. Can you advise when I might receive the new one - many thanks

I'm really sorry to see you've not received your new router yet you were expecting.

I've arranged to send you it now you should receive within the next 3 to 5 working days at the latest.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
