Router problem

Hi, I had a problem with the courier not delivering the router, I called support and they sent it to me again, but did not give me a track number. I got a text message that the parcel was sent. In the office said that the number will be given later. Where can I get the number? Only call support?

Hi @beyondix 

The tracking number is usually generated overnight as things update on our system and Royal Mail.

Has it come through for you now?

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
