As seems to be a fairly common theme on here, I am trying to find out how to claim the voucher that was supposed to be part of my deal after I signed up via a price comparison website. In my case it was only £20... but every little helps and I could have got a cheaper deal elsewhere if the voucher had not been part of the offer. I emailed the Plusnet help team a few days ago but have heard absolutely nothing back, not even an automated message.
Would one of the staff on here be able to help to get the process started? Otherwise my first experience of dealing with Plusnet is starting to feel like being conned...
