I placed an order with Plusnet for Unlimited Fibre Extra on 23rd April.
I quickly received my order confirmation email and letter but since then I have received no further Plusnet correspondence although I have received an email from my existing provider, Shell, saying that my service with them will end on 12th May.
Could someone please provide me with an update on the status of my order

UPDATE
I have this evening received some further correspondence from Plusnet informing me that my order should complete on 23rd May and my existing provider have revised their information, providing the same date for termination so hopefully my query has now been sorted.
