1) I didn’t receive any confirmation emails about it
2) the plusnet hub two didn’t arrive in the post yet but the payment for it did go through
I wonder if someone could look into it if possible please

The system will aim to dispatch the hub a few days before activation of the upgraded service. I believe the change is scheduled for the 14th, so would expect ordering of the hub to take place today.
Keep an eye on things, and if you haven't received an order/dispatch notice in the next 24 hours then let me know and I'll nudge things in the right direction (I could do this now, however I'm interested to ensure the automation is working as it should).
