Still waiting on ticket response and refund

I hope someone from Plusnet can pick up on this as I'm having a real issue cancelling my service.

I switched provider back in 2021 but my Plusnet account wasn't closed and I was still charged, I had to send a letter in the end which got me an email response saying they would refund the payments.

That was over a month ago now and the ticket on the website hasn't been updated since 1st March.

No response or no refund and I can't update the ticket.

Any Plusnet staff that see this can you get in touch so it can be resolved.

Contact Customer Options Team (aka COTS)

COTs is the place to go to if you want to find out anything to do with your contract in respect of leaving, renewing or simply enquiring about early termination charges (ETCs). They have their own number and tend to answer quicker than the general customer service number.
