I ordered a switch from my previous BT line to plusnet, selected a date for the 19th September, got a letter confirming from BT/Openreach of the automatic switch, receieved router but 19th comes and goes and nothing, internet is still working fine but no email from plusnet or BT about the situation. We receieved the router 2 days prior but that's about it, currently the order just states "Your order is currently being processed"
I assumed the order was delayed so gave some time for it but we haven't heard anything from then and would like to know why. Thanks.
Fixed! Go to the fix.
