Hello -- HQ not replying to question on ticket 227473032. Can anyone anywhere please help?
I am in the middle of upgrading Plusnet Broadband to Fibre, I have received router, still waiting activation. My question is Will my number be the same? I do not want to change it.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

@Sprinter Welcome to the Community forum
If your phone is currently with Plusnet then upgrading your Plusnet broadband connection will not affect your phone number. Problems only potentially occur when a service is being moved from one ISP to another.

Yes I can confirm your phone number will stay the same and I've just checked your fibre order which is due to complete on the 21st September so your new service should be going live then anytime up until midnight.

Hi I've recently ordered the broadband and home telephone package, however, I've received an email stating a new phone number... why can I not transfer my current number?

@thewoods17 you need to have made either 3 posts, have logged in at least twice for up to 10 minutes in total OR have made 5 posts in total to acquire the privilege to send PM's
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
