Hi 

 

Connection was completed and all working correctly.

 

My account is still showing my old Unlimited fibre extra for billing purposes - not sure how to correct this - but assume it will be done when the next bill is due on the 24th Sept ?

 

I assume the full amount will not be taken at that time as I will have only had 41/2 days use and have been without broadband for over 5 weeks ?

Don't worry @Edwards1 I'm already on the case with the account showing different. It's been emailed off to our back office team to get resolved.
