Just tried to transfer broadband and phone from Sky. Everything going wrong!! Payment taken but account not set up. Rang to get this sorted and another payment taken! Whole reason of switching was to keep our phone number but now it’s been changed! Need to keep number - what can we do? Was supposed to get call back today but that didn’t happen. When I called I had 53 minute wait and now number has been changed and there’s nobody I can speak to. Have I made big mistake in switching?
