Just wanted to give a big thank you to Plusnet. 

I had to move home recently and was with Vodafone.  Vdafone made a complete Horlicks of transferring my service so had to shop around.  I placed an order with Plusnet evening of 3rd March and asked them to go live at new address 17 March.

It went smooth as silk and was the only utility I needed transferred to actually do so.   Thank you Plusnet, much appreciated.
